Description
**Describe the issue**
I was updating the OS on some Apple silicon VMs running macOS Monterey, and I noticed after the VM rebooted during the update process, I was unable to move the mouse pointer inside the VM, limiting me to using keyboard input to the VM. Issue doesn't happen with macOS Ventura guests during updates.
*Workarounds*
1. As my VMs have screen sharing enabled, I was able to log in to the VM over VNC and could move the mouse pointer fine in that case
2. Once I remotely shut down the VM (but it had to be a shutdown, not a restart), the pointer was back to working normal inside UTM
**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.1.6; originally was running 4.0.9, then noticed there was an update available and re-tested to confirm the issue still happened, and it did
* macOS Version: 13.2.1
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1
* VM guest OS - macOS Monterey 12.3, upgrading to 12.6.3
**Debug log**
Excerpt of system log off host is attached:

**Upload VM**
This has happened on all macOS Monterey VMs I've tested. config.plist is attached for one of the VMs.
