MacOS networking corrupted till starting a VM!

Description
After using UTM with virtualization mode, my MacOS (13.2.1) networking faced problems: connecting to http works but any other port is blocked until I open ANY of my virtual machines in UTM. After that, the networking gets normal but now DHCP inside the VM does not lease IP and I have to set the guest IP address manually!
macOS 13.2.1, Intel Chip (Corei7)
UTM 4.1.5
VM: FreeBSD 13.1, Windows 11, Ubuntu 22 (Any VM)
