Access Debian Server within a utm container via Chrome http -> ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED errors

I run a Debian Server within a utm container on a M2 Apple Silicon, which works great for my purposes.

But sometimes (too often) I get an ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED error for just about a second before a page loads. This is especially annoying as even when it the page loads after this second, form data is lost. I made a screen recording:

To be honest, I have no idea what causes this temporary timeout and I would much appreciate any help!
