VM crashes at startup frequently

Description
It used to be a rare issue, mostly happening, when you were doing something during startup, but now it started to be really frequent. It seems to be related to the electron apps during startup.
Crash log attached, system.log does not contain any relevant detail.
**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.1.5
* macOS Version: host 12.5, guest ventura latest.
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): m1
