Request to add reference context to "Debian 11 + Rosetta" M1 compatibility warning

On the UTM guide for ["Debian 11 + Rosetta"](https://docs.getutm.app/guides/debian/), the following notice is shown at the top of the page:

However, the notice contains no links or references to elaborate on the issue, and it is unclear what "Base M1" refers to. My 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) seems to be experiencing this issue, as it cannot install any of the 5 different ARM Linux distribution images that I've attempted to install. A reference to the reported issue would be constructive in gaining an understanding of the expectations and the timeline surrounding the issue. Thanks!
