Cirrus 5446 with Windows 3.11 does not have cursor on higher resolutions

**Describe the issue**
When using Cirrus 5446 as display, after installing the drivers for Windows for Workgroups 3.11, and selecting higher resolutions like 1280x1024 and higher colors like 16M or 65K, Windows no longer displays a cursor for the mouse, its invisible. Rolling back to 256 colors gives the cursor back.

7.0.0 QEMU vanilla does not show a similar issue, and works as expected, and shows a cursor.

Fixing this would be a major improvement for Windows 3.x users since Cirrus Logic 5446 with correct drivers provides highest resolution and highest colors possible.
