VM freezes if host network device is unplugged

**Describe the issue**
On my Macbook Pro M1 i often use a USB Docking Station with a network cable. The VM is configured to use the eg. en6 network device. Wenn i unplug de docking station, the VM freezes. Reconnecting thee docking station doesn't help. So i musst kill the VM. The filesystem gets corrupted and a dataloss occures.

* OS Version: macos 12.4
* Intel or Apple Silicon? Apple M1
