Description
**Describe the issue**
USB mass storage is not working, tried with win8/10/11 x64, usb 2.0 or 3.0 in UTM and guest tools installed.
Windows device manager says the device failed to start(code 10), some times it started but no device in disk manger and explorer.
Other usb device like usbkey is working.

* OS Version: 12.4 (21F79)
