MS-DOS 6.22 Hangs in EDIT/QBASIC When Navigating Menus

**Describe the issue**
When navigating menus in EDIT/QBASIC, entering the menus, with ALT, seems to hang the VM, after the menu appears. I have tried a bunch of different graphics card configurations. I am running MS-DOS 6.22, default installation, just after installation.

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 3.1.5
* OS Version: 12.3
* Intel or Apple Silicon? Apple Silicon

**Crash log**
There is no crash log.
