Description
When I uninstall or update the display driver in my Windows 11 VM, the VM window stops updating. The emulated display card is `virtio-gpu-pci` and the driver is from the [UTM SPICE guest tools & QEMU drivers installer](https://mac.getutm.app/support/).

After the VM display stops updating, the VM is still running (Windows sound keeps playing) but it seems like the driver uninstall does not succeed, because as soon as I restart the VM, the driver is loaded again in Device Manager (I did check "Attempt to delete driver" box when uninstalling).
This bug is also triggered when the driver is updated: I had SPICE tools version 0.164 installed and ran the 0.164.2 installer; it froze the screen when the viogpudo driver got updated.
