Removable floppy drive not readable by old guest OS

A floppy image that reads fine if _imported_ into the UTM VM will cause read error when used in a _removable_ floppy drive.

* UTM Version: Beta 2.2.0 (32)
* OS Version: macOS 11.5.1 (20G80)
* Intel or Apple Silicon? Apple Silicon
