Description
- 整理大语言模型 agent 检查 Linux 101 发现的问题，并修复
- Bump 版本到 Ubuntu 26.04；移除已经 EOL 的 Ubuntu 例子
- 对已有 issue 集中处理
- 添加 AI policy（和 Linux 201 一样）
- 补齐可能缺少的 supplement 内容（ideas by LLM agent)
