Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While some endpoints, such as AuthService, have JavaDoc comments, many other endpoints (or more generally, methods and functions) lack documentation.
Describe the solution you would like
To improve the consistency of the source code, decide whether to add documentation to all implementations or omit it entirely and apply the decision accordingly.

Research direction
Start by comparing the JavaDoc on AuthService with the other endpoint, method, and function implementations; the issue does not name additional files or tests. Review the decision and context in pull request #944, then document the agreed policy and apply it consistently across the affected implementations.
