Research direction
Start with docker/README.md and reproduce the documented command ./docker/bin/start-uc-cli-docker catalog list --server http://host.docker.internal:8081 on the reported macOS and Docker Desktop setup. Inspect the Log4j2 error produced by that command; done means the README steps run without the reported error.
