The TF coil mass calculation includes a factor of 2.2 to match the ITER98 TF coil mass. However, recent feedback from Pierluigi suggests that the PROCESS TF coil mass output for the 2018 baseline (1400t) it significantly over the estimates from manufacturers (900t).

Removing the 2.2 factor for the 2018 baseline file gives a mass of 875t per coil. Much closer to the manufacturers 900t.
