Description
After the changes in #4309, the total HTS tape length in the TF coils is no longer calculated or output unless the HTS model uses a cable structure, not a tape structure.
This affects cost models that use the HTS length. It also is a useful variable to know whether your TF turn stucture and WP are a reasonable design.
The total HTS tape length across all TF coils should be added back into the tape HTS options.
