Show toolbars only when needed and toolbar icon size

Description
Is there any way that I can hide the toolbars and show it when I highlight a certain text (for example: I highlight "Hello world" and the toolbar will show on top of it). Also is there anyway to change the toolbar icon, icon size, etc. I read in the md file but not found. Thanks.
