Description

What — ElastNetMT configures a hidden native-platform matrix as conda with expected_platforms although GitHub exposes only Python-matrix jobs.\n\nHow — When this incubating integration is scheduled, select release and keep Anaconda as an independent gate. Provider limitation: uibcdf/gh-run-receptor#35.\n\nWhy — This topology produced a false receptor FAIL in uibcdf/smonitor#10. The change is deferred with the incubating cohort and does not block wave 1.

Research direction

Start by locating the action-internal Conda scheduling configuration and the release profile in the repository. Check the provider limitation in uibcdf/gh-run-receptor#35 and the false failure described in uibcdf/smonitor#10; done means the incubating integration selects release while Anaconda remains an independent gate.
