Description

Philosophy uses this. They would like the pool of suggested courses to only be from "their" courses, not all of Banner. Does anyone need it from all of Banner?

This gets into the problem that Banner has no such thing as "their courses". Do we need to start a course tracker independent of a schedule finally?

Research direction

No files, tests, or implementation entry points are identified. Start by clarifying whether suggested courses should come from a teaching user's courses or all of Banner, and whether an independent course tracker is needed. Done means agreeing on the course scope and design before implementation.
