By Course pivot:
"Open instructor review" / "Open support staff review" toggles feel awkward. (How?)
Table headers should not look like buttons. Seats label should not look like buttons.
Review font usage on lefthand side (bold for course name?).
It seems like we could redo the creation of slots interaction without a modal, e.g. a "plus" and "minus" button that formed a mini-table.
