Description

The right checkbox area is a bit of a mess due to the complex options that can be selected, e.g. at least one of the bottom three need to be selected but they don't appear distinct as a group of three from the other options.

Other options are visually connected, e.g. "require course comments" implies "collect course comments (optional)", which feels funny even with the UI state correctly updates both.

Also, you can allow submission after due date even if there is no due date.

Research direction

Start from the Student Support Call Modal config form and review the checkbox options described in the issue. Map the bottom-three requirement, the course-comments dependency, and submission-after-due-date behavior before changing the UI. Done means the option groups and dependencies are visually clear and the valid combinations are represented correctly.
