CoursesView: Creating 'A01', deleting it', leaves create button labeled 'A02'

Description
Go to the Courses view, create 'A01' for a course and delete it.
The button should revert back to saying 'Create A01' but it says 'Create A02'. It does, however, correctly create A01 when you click it.
