Description
When one imports a course from Banner for the current year, Banner may have, e.g. Fall and Winter data, but no Spring data.
At a later date, it will suddenly have Spring data.
We need to figure out what IPA's behavior will be: automatically import the rolled over term (probably?) or something else?
