Description
The census report will provide a list of all sections showing the final (or most recent) census enrollment, the desired capacity (seats), and the wait list count for the first day of instructor. We will also provide a calculation of what percent the wait list is of the desired capacity.
This report should support the system-wide tagging options and have basic sorting features. The ability to 'Group by Tag' may prove useful as well.
