Description
All teaching call preferences should have comments attached to them that can be viewed by the instructor and the academic staff, similar to the Budget View mocks.
This will enable instructors and staff to talk back and forth about a preference, e.g. what a 99 is going to be used for.
In the case of the special preferences like Buyouts, the TC Config Modal should have an option to require comments for the special preferences, i.e. to ensure the instructor explains a buyout.
