Description
Scenario A) A course is assigned a lecturer, IPA knows there must be a replacement cost, which can be auto-populated from the lecturer costs.
Scenario B) The academic planner can also optionally indicate the ladder faculty being replaced. This is useful when the costs/money need to be paired.
