Go to the Registrar Reconciliation Report and find a course with A01, A02, A03, etc. which exist in IPA but not in Banner. Click on the green row and select the option to delete A01 from IPA. When you do this, A01 disappears, but so does the leftmost column with the name of the course.

The leftmost column should remain, while remaining sections, e.g. A02, are still there.

The page is fine on refresh.
