Received status of orders for Requesters

Description
I am a Requester and the PrePurchasing Order History Page shows Complete in the Status column even if the item was delivered but not received by me. It would be helpful to change this to say Complete when the order is fully received and say Delivered if I have not received it yet. This would make distinguishing finished from in-progress orders easier.
