add an option to edit/delete shipping addresses

Description
It will be helpful to have an option in Pre-Purchasing system to edit/delete shipping addresses that you created in case you made a mistake, need to update a shipping address, etc. Currently if users need to edit/delete a shipping address that they just created they have to contact technical support for help.
