Description
Recently, pop-up, scroll-over balloons have been added. Unfortunately, the balloons block important input cells and won’t go away, so I cannot see what I have entered. I try clicking on other cells or moving my pointer around, but the balloons won’t go away. Pop-up, scroll-over balloons are very disruptive and annoying. A better solution is to have a “?” icon to the right of each box and people can click on those to get help.
