Description
When I go to the "Auto Approvals" screen, click the edit icon for an auto approval I've created, switch the "IsActive" from Yes to No, and click the save button, I get "An error has occurred" screen. Is this expected?
An obvious work around is to delete (trash icon) an auto approval line, instead of trying to mark it as not active.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure in the Auto Approvals screen: edit an existing approval, change IsActive from Yes to No, and save. Trace the save error from that flow; done when an inactive approval saves successfully and remains inactive when revisited.
