Description

I like to use Keyboard only sometimes, so I end up using the "Alt+F8" shortcut in Gnome for resizing windows, what i've noticed is that, the Tiling functionality stops working when I use that way of resizing.
The resizing works normally when I drag the border of the window or use Meta+Middleclick, the problem is only with Alt+F8.

Valve, plz fix.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in GNOME by resizing a window with Alt+F8, then compare it with border dragging and Meta+Middleclick. Trace the extension's tiling behavior during each resize path; done means tiling continues to work after keyboard-based resizing, with the existing working paths still unaffected.
