Research direction

Start by reading getH3UnidirectionalEdgesFromHexagon and originToDirectedEdges to understand their entry points and how outgoing edges are represented. Implement the corresponding incoming-edge behavior for destinationToDirectedEdges, then verify that it returns the directed edges whose destination is the supplied hexagon.
