fix: accessibility ♿ system: data-mgmt 🗃️

Use #1146 to review "Globus" main page images and description of web GUIs.

For these, it may make sense to have dedicated pages for each major interface within Globus, then reference these or macro-include them where needed. I attempted this when I originally wrote, but I wasn't considering a11y at the current level.
