How to use the TIC 201 conference room A/V equipment for Zoom meetings
- Use Crestron tablet to turn on A/V system
- Located on counter, opposite from door
- Turn on the system
- Select input "Computer"
- Adjust volume as needed
- Using wireless keyboard/mouse...
- Sign into machine with UAB Campus credentials
- Open Zoom
- Join Meeting
- Enter meeting ID
- (optional) Enter name "TIC 201 Conference Room"
- Connect to audio
- Ensure Zoom A/V settings are configured correctly
- Set speakers to "Crestron"
- Unmute
- Start Video
