Description

How to use the TIC 201 conference room A/V equipment for Zoom meetings

  • Use Crestron tablet to turn on A/V system
    • Located on counter, opposite from door
    • Turn on the system
    • Select input "Computer"
    • Adjust volume as needed
  • Using wireless keyboard/mouse...
    • Sign into machine with UAB Campus credentials
    • Open Zoom
      • Join Meeting
      • Enter meeting ID
      • (optional) Enter name "TIC 201 Conference Room"
      • Connect to audio
    • Ensure Zoom A/V settings are configured correctly
      • Set speakers to "Crestron"
      • Unmute
      • Start Video
