Description

I looked in the documentation, but couldn't seem to find any relevant configuration.

Is keep-alive enabled by default? What are the parameters?

uWs.App()
.get('/',(res, req)=>{
res.end('ok');
})
.listen(8080, (token) => {});

Research direction

Start at the uWs.App() entry point shown in the issue and inspect the project documentation and configuration references for HTTP keep-alive. Document whether keep-alive is enabled by default, identify its parameters, and make the answer easy to find for users configuring a basic listener on port 8080.
