Description
For example, in array access expressions, the index must be an integer.
If this check happens during parsing, then it would have to be a parse error. It might be better if it were an warning issued after parsing.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First trace how JavaExpressions and array access expressions are parsed and checked, then decide whether invalid index types should be parse errors or post-parse warnings; done means the behavior and diagnostic are defined and implemented consistently.
