Description
By default, methods from java.net and java.sql could be annotated.
A method can't be @UIEffect and @Heavyweight at the same time (as this implies doing heavy lifting on the UI thread, which is almost always a bad decision).

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing effect annotations and how library methods from java.net and java.sql are modeled. Done means defining the proposed @Heavyweight behavior, handling its incompatibility with @UIEffect, and covering the default annotations.
