Description

Hopefully a future version of 2.13 will resolve scala/bug#13128. When that happens, we should revisit the patch range:

Research direction

Check scala/bug#13128 first to determine whether the Scala 2.13 warning has been resolved. Then inspect settings/src/main/scala/org/typelevel/sbt/TypelevelSettingsPlugin.scala around lines 211-214 and compare the current patch range with the linked revision. Done means revisiting that range based on the bug's status.
