Description
It should be possible to implement a Parallel instance for Stream where the parallel applicative zips streams. We should get that :)
I would like to give this a try in a few days.

Research direction
Start by reading the Stream API and the existing Parallel abstraction to understand how instances are defined and how parallel applicative operations are represented. Determine the expected zipping behavior for streams and identify the relevant existing tests or instance definitions. Done means Stream has a Parallel instance whose parallel applicative zips streams, with coverage for that behavior.
