Description
As discussed on gitter (https://gitter.im/tpolecat/doobie?at=5cdcafe9252dbb751563b1c7 and below), we should add a values function to map types to (?, ?, [...]) VALUES placeholders.
Referenced code in gitter :
// pre-stacksafe implementation of fragments
def values[A](a: A)(implicit ev: Write[A]): Fragment =
Fragment(List.fill(ev.length)("?").mkString("(", ", ", ")"), a)

Research direction
Start with the pre-stacksafe Fragment implementation and the linked Gitter discussion, then inspect the current Fragment and Write APIs. Done means a values function maps a type to a Fragment containing the corresponding VALUES placeholders.
