Description

Hello,
I think that IArray should have the same instances that Vector does as they are basically (?) the same concept.

I would be willing to work on this.

Vector currently has:
Traverse, Monad, Alternative, CoflatMap, Align, Show, and NonEmptyParallel.
It seems to also have TraverseFilter, but I don't know if that's only for binary compatibility or if it would be fine to add a new instance of that anyway.

Research direction

Start by comparing the existing IArray and Vector instance definitions in the Cats source, then review how Vector provides Traverse, Monad, Alternative, CoflatMap, Align, Show, NonEmptyParallel, and possibly TraverseFilter. Confirm which instances are appropriate for Scala 3 IArray and add matching coverage so the supported instance set is clear and tested.
