The current implementation will cause stack overflow when computing a Eval that contains many Later.

Start by locating the Eval and Later implementation and the tailrec handling referenced in the issue. Reproduce an Eval containing many Later values and trace where evaluation recurses; done means the same computation completes without a stack overflow.
