Description

Because it is using ConcurrentSkipListSet, which is not threadsafe in scala-native. This bug is tracked as scala-native/scala-native/issues/4322. Until that is fixed, we should be able to have a workaround (worst case scenario: by rolling back #2787).

Research direction

Start at the TestContext implementation and review the linked scala-native/scala-native issue 4322 to understand the ConcurrentSkipListSet limitation. Verify the chosen workaround or rollback on scala-native, and confirm that TestContext operations are thread-safe in the relevant tests.
