Description

There's two forms this could take. First, when a fiber is WAITING, it would be really helpful to know if it's masked. Second, we could get really wild and capture mask status on trace frames, which we could then visually report in some way in the trace itself. This might be helpful.

Research direction

Start by locating the fiber-dump handling for WAITING fibers and the trace-frame reporting path. Decide which of the two proposed mask-status forms is in scope, then define a concrete expected dump or trace representation and tests before implementation.
