Description

As we're transitioning to a new documentation site, we should include links to third-party educational resources for Cats Effect to make them more accessible to users. Things like books, blog posts, trainings, videos, gists, etc. We should try to compile a list of them here.

Research direction

Start by locating the new documentation site and its existing educational-resource sections. Compile relevant Cats Effect books, blog posts, trainings, videos, and gists, then add them in the site's established format; done means the third-party resource list is accessible and organized.
