Please refer to https://github.com/twosigma/beakerx/issues/7690 for previous discussions on this issue. The issue was gone for some time but it comes up again recently. Below are the details of my environment.
Details:
OS: Ubuntu 18.10
JupyterLab: 0.35.5 (install by pip)
BeakerX: 1.4.1 (install by pip)
HoloViews: 1.12.2 (install by pip)
$ jupyter labextension list
JupyterLab v0.35.5
Known labextensions:
app dir: /usr/local/share/jupyter/lab
