Cannot consistently move columns around in table

Description
Try to render a Tabledisplay and keep dragging & moving columns around.
It would come to a state where a column cannot be dragged.
This could be fixed by clicking 'sort' on either column, after that the columns become draggable again. However, the issue could resurface after a while.
