Description
In my region - central Europe - X is not so popular.
The problem with that is the number of community note voters are also below the critical mass.
That is why almost impossible for a note to reach the useful/not useful status.
I wrote around 150 notes and not a single one got that status.
I already suggested a feature which might address this issue:
https://github.com/twitter/communitynotes/issues/429
But have not got any answer so far from the developers of the community notes.
Please give some feedback on this issue.
Thanks for advance!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the related proposal in issue #429 and the discussion context for regional voter participation. Identify the maintainer-approved change needed to help notes in regions with too few voters reach useful/not useful status; completion criteria are not defined in this issue.
