Community Note added to a video is not always displayed on newly posted videos

Describe the bug
Community Note added to a video doesn't always get displayed when using "post video" feature.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to https://x.com/Boldyboy1975/status/1976832128030851462
2. Click on "Post video"
3. Scroll down to your profile to see your posts. Community Note doesn't appear to the newly added post.

Expected behaviour
Community Note should be attached to all video copies if the Note was added to a video and any other post including the video.

• iPadOS 18.6.2 using X app v11.30.1
• Latest Chrome web browser running on macOS Sequoia 15.7.1

Additional context
Note: I also downloaded the video and posted it: https://x.com/hoaxeye/status/1979237813947084844 - for some reason, the CN did not appear on a new video copy either
Test repeated on MacOS using latest Chrome browser. 1) using post video https://x.com/JanneFI/status/1979434645126029366 and 2) uploading a new copy of the video: https://x.com/JanneFI/status/1979435821171159123 Community Note does not show up on either post.

Start by reproducing the linked examples on X and compare Community Note visibility for the original video, posts made with “Post video,” and newly uploaded copies. Trace how a video and its Community Note are associated, then verify that the Note appears on all posts containing the video as described in the expected behaviour.
